Founded in 1995 in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, Garriques & Associates Staff Leasing, Inc. is a testament to the vision of my grandfather, Robert Garriques Sr. His entrepreneurial spirit laid the foundation for our thriving family business.

In 2004, my father, Frank, moved our family to Port Orange, FL, to work alongside Robert and carry on his legacy with a passion for service, community, and… golf.

Now at the helm, I, Natalie, continue to honor their vision. Both my grandfather and father instilled in me not just a love for the family but also a profound appreciation for the community that surrounds us. Volunteering alongside them for local Chamber of Commerce(s), Rotary, and Kiwanis shaped my youth.

I proudly graduated from Spruce Creek High School and earned my Bachelors from UCF in Event Management. While in my studies at UCF, fate brought me to my husband, Casey. Together, we made the decision to call Port Orange our home, embracing and exploring all the vibrant communities of Volusia County.

Having managed the Riverside Pavilion Event Venue in Port Orange for the past seven years, I now embark on a new journey, transitioning into a different industry. This change reflects my commitment to personal and professional growth, embracing adaptability innovation.

I am excited to infuse Garriques & Associates with fresh ideas and strategies, steering us towards even greater success.
